I have a 75 gal. tank and I have in the tank:
one black cap
one anthias
one clown
one wrasse
six blue green chromis

Not to many fish, not enough flow and too high of an nutrient level. Kick up the flow and do some quality WC and in the process suck out some of the slime.

Yeah, see how low you can move a powerhead before it starts disturbing your substrate. I have fine sand and can get a powerhead about 1/2way down before it makes a mess. Higher flow at the bottom will discourage cyano.

While your fish load isn't too high, it is possible you're feeding too much and that nutrient load is contributing to the problem.

Just to add to the good advice above - a skimmer can be a big help in keeping nutrient levels low (if you're not already using one).
