I just happened to have a few "krill" or small shrimp and I have a green ric and a med size aptasia that were begging me to feed them!
I cut a small piece of shrimp in half and gave each one a piece. I didnt think they would take to it but D@MN!!! Both grabbed onto the shrimp like it was the last piece of food in the world. I was surprised that the took to the food. Both are tank raised and have never been fed before. Does anyone feed their aptasia (I know that sounds stupid but it was fun watching!) or rics on a regular basis?

I feed them, although not intentinally. I just scoop some tank water in a cut-off coke bottle, add in food, stir and dump it in the tank.

I don't target feed mine. The hermits and shrimp get to it before the rics have had a chance to swallow it.

That's quite a bit of xenia you have there. 8O
