Compact Fluorescent replacment bulb suggestions

I have a 55 gal tank with a JBJ Formosa Deluxe light fixture. It has 4 compact fluorescent bulbs in it (2ea. 10k and 2ea. 1700k blue). I think it is time to replace them, are there any suggestion on what I should replace them with. Are there a different between manufactures? I also saw an Actinic 03 bulb, is that better than a 1700k bulb? This is for my reef tank that I hope to have coral and anemones in at some point. All I have is live rock and a two fishes so far.

On my PC tanks I always went half 10000K white bulbs and half "actinic".

Don't know if those were technically "true" actinic or not, but very blue at any rate.

I have never noticed a difference between manufacturers. Just be sure that if you order online that you get the proper pin arrangement, square vs straight, for your fixture.
