If you don't get any replys, I'll send the pic to Scott Michael, he'll know. :)

Looks like a cross between a blue chromis and a domino?

Seems like it must be a hybrid... but I've never seen it before.

Never seen one before - looks cool. 8) I'll move this into the GRD forum and leave a copy in the NRF as well so you get as much feedback as possible...

It could be Chrysiptera leucopoma- Surge Demoiselle (dark phase) from Dameselfishes of the World. Scanner is broke so I can't add a pic. Some one scan page 95.

From FishBase:

http://www.fishbase.org/Summary/Spe...7&genusname=Chrysiptera&speciesname=leucopoma

"This species occurs in two basic color phases: a blue-backed (leucopoma) phase and a gray to black (amabilis) phase usually with two light bars, but occasionally lacking all markings except a yellowish opercular patch."

The pic on the site looks like the gray/black phase, but maybe yours is the bluebacked one...

Does anyone have any idea about its behavior and agressiveness or incompability with others?

Chris his fish looks just like the one in the bottom left picture in Damselfishes, has the white bars and all. I missed the blue back when adding the (dark phase).

Sorry, I can't tell you anything about them other than name.

How big does it say it gets?

Some Chrysiptera sp. members are pretty peaceful, and others are terrors. Hard to say unless someone's kept one.

Well, I think I'll try.
So far so good. It has been in my tank for 2 days now and it doesn't bother the others.

Thanks. :D

No. It's still algae... I just introduced some of my cleaning crew... It's a new tank. I think it might be phosphates (is this well written?). Ammonia=0 Nitrit=0 Nitrate=5 PH= 8,4.

Also, the skimmer only started working properly 3 days ago.
