opinion about hamilton bulbs????

i am looking into getting a hamilton 150w hqi 10k bulb and want to know what everybody else thinks about them. i found one on sale for $54. i know you usually get what you pay for, so i am sceptical. are they german, us, or chinese??

don't quote me, but I think they are made by blv in germany...as well as ushio,red sea and more,all just labled by blv,same bulbs though.I think :?

I've found them to be of high quality, and they tell you the origin.

i went to their website and they dont mention where they are made. one bulb said it was german made, but nothing about the 10k's.

I have Hamilton 14K DE for about $60 each; they rock!

i ordered a 10k and got it yesterday. the box does not say where it is made. we'll see how it turns out. has to be better than the coralife 20k it is replacing.
