A very good precaution, especially since the "baby blue" zoa he bought most likely came from the Soloman Islands, which have been shipping tons of nudi infested zoas as of late. FWIW, I had 10 colonies just like the picture you all are playhing with. They looked indentical to the first pic of them. Spot on
It sure looks like your colony has fungus, I'd do some surgery and a Lugols dip after that.
