The pictures not the best but it appears to be a grouping of Thalassoma lucasanum (Rainbow Wrasse).

Thanks, yeah, sorry about the pic, I took it as fast as I can because the store was ready to close, anything important to know about this rainbow wrasse like reef compatibility, fish compatibility???, another thing is that I hadn't seen any male at the store; are they like clownfish (that sex change thing)

They are protogynous, the female changes to male. They are safe as far as corals but will eat small fish, snails, brittle stars, shrimp, etc.

Another comman name for them is Mexican rock wrasse when female and Blue head wrasse when male.
