Do the LED moon lights disturb tank inhabitents? The light seams pretty bright then the little guys are doing their jobs, doesn't this disturb them?

I could understand if they were actually tied to the moon cycle, but for us joes that don't have that kinda timer, every night seams excessive right?

I think a lot of people just leave them running, and I'm not a huge fan.. I generally unplug mine for a week or so every month.

We have started having our LED moonlights only on for half the night, to give the fish a break.

My sailfin tang stays up and swimming around the whole time they are on.

i think it just depends on the tank, i leave them on in one tank and i dont have any on the other. let the inhabitents tell you what they want :wink:
