New tank and stand

I guess I should of said what to do with each.... 
A glass tank that has a frame around it so that the bottom glass is not sitting directly on the stand does not need anything under it except for a flat level surface.
An acrylic tank however needs to have styrafoam or something like that under it to even out any pinpoints of pressure.

If you lift up the tank and look at the bottom, its raised up from the edge of the frame a bit, right?
If so you don't need anything, however, mine is a glass one and I put a thin black foam I found at Home depot under it, more for my peace of mind than anything else. Everyone told me it did not need anything.
As far as warranties on the tank go, you should be able to find the tank Manufacturer's website pretty easy, they should have instructions posted for their own tanks.

Yeah, it's lifted a bit. What I mean is that some spots on the trim are not touching the stand. It's a very small gap. Maybe a 1/16 or 1/32. Just enough to see light under. I don't know what I did wrong, but I don't want to scrap the whole project.
