Mine does great under PC's, with low current. I find that with the lower current they expand a bit more too.

I agree with wings. Put mine in the tank with no current, girlfriend was complaning on why it wasnt opened, so I added a powerhead (small) and now it fully opens up and the girlfriend is happy. Which makes everyone happy :D

I have mine lower in my tank under the halide.

In My nano, where it grows like weeds it is under 130W PC on a 15G.

I have a FS and a nice green torch.. (same family). Both are located midways in my 24inch deep tank under 250DE MH... both are in med. current and seem to enjoy playing in the "breeze". As long as you have some current and decent lighting you should be fine.

Thanks all,

Ive got mine right in the center of the tank. I've got it right behind a rock that gets good current so it makes for a slight turbulent effect off the back. I just love these things they look so sweet. I hope I get lucky and have a long term buy here.

Thanks again.

My FS has done great under PCs.Im finishing up my new canopy with 2 250watt halides. Should be interesting to see the difference it makes especially to all my Zoos.
