the guy him self was funny. he said ok after every sentance lol

but he had some awsome data with him! different lights differant ballast differant reflectors. spectrometer reading of bulbs par of bulbs

any ways onething i learned is metal halide 20k suck . most of them are so far off from being a true 20 k it isnt even funny. ( one or 2 were really close to being true 20k)

Tell us how bad metal halides suck after you have actually owned them, untill then your opinions on them mean nothing. Read some of the data on all bulbs, and you'll be hard pressed to find any bulb that accuratley matches it's rated color temp. That doesn't mean they suck. Do you think 7100k VHO's accuratley actually burn at 7100k?
Your statements sound ignorant (def. uninformed), and really don't have any bearing, if the color of the bulb is pleasing to the eye, and you like it, what it says on the box shouldn't matter.
