ive recently noticed little brown spots on my mushrooms, just sorta appeared, nothing new added, no where else in the tank, only on the green mushrooms, any suggestions where to look for more info??
I have some flatworms that like to hang out on my mushrooms that might be what you are seeing.
Try blowing at them with a turkey baster, you have to blast them pretty good, and see if they blow away. Then you will know they are flatworms. Supposedly they don't harm the coral unless they get so numerous they block the light. I have had them for years, they come and go.
