I spot couple of them in my refugium last night. Do these guys look like bad/pest flatworms? Any outline or suggestion how to treat refugium correctly? Thanks

If you have a couple, then do get them out. You can use a turkey baster as suggested or some thin tubing to siphon them out.

I had a large population of the suckers for a few years, now for some reason I only have a light sprinkle in my refugium.

I have had them in the past (in refugium only). And treated twice with Flatworm Exit. And I still have them now in my fug. I guess I didn't kill them all for that matter.

Here's my plan how to eradicate them once and for all. Please comment or give other suggestion. Much appreciated.

1. Shut down water supply to refugium
2. Siphon refugium water out as much as I can and treat that water with FlatWorm Exit as recommend. Dump that water back into refugium.
3. Let the water sit in refugium for 12 hours.
4. Turn back water supply
5. Leave the refugium light off for 72 hours. During which time, run activated carbon.

I had a similar pest - it did "explode" all over my tank and fuge. They ate whatever they ate then they died. All of them (perhaps there is still one left behind the rocks, that's possible). I wouldn't worry about them unless you can get them out now. Otherwise let them roll.
