Aqua Medic Refillable pH Electrode

Does anybody know how to refill an Aqua Media pH electrode? Do refillable probe ever need replaced?

Refillable probe do need to be replaced, but typically they last longer than sealed probe, depends on construction and usage.

The best thing to do is to ask the manufacture for the direction for refilling. You need to order the solution from them anyway.
