Run over (by a snail...)

I had some yellow polyps that were doing great for a while until my 3 conchs decided to direct their morning commute right over them. Now all that is left are some small bright yellow and very very very flat and small patches. Is there any chance that these will grow back?

It'll grow back. If any part of the yellow polyp stem is still alive, you'll have a whole crop of them within the year.
