After a struggle with ICH and majority of my fish dying, I now have a small snowflake eel, 2 anenomes, a starfish, and a very large sgt. major (probably about 4.5 inches) that are all doing well. It is a 75gal with all base rock and live sand. I would really like to keep the eel and the sergeant major, but I know they are both aggressive and there probably is not much that is very compatable, so what would you reccomend as a good addition? You are probably thinking that the sgt. major is extremely aggressive which he probably is at that size, but on many cases the eel actually chases him around the tank (which is quite funny). Thanks!

There's a lot of choices. A Harlequin Tusk, Hogfish, Puffers, Genicanthus Angels, numerous wrasses, Tangs et al. All these won't get bullied by your current two inhabitants. I'd make sure the ich problem is gone before adding any new fish though, particularly Tangs. With a low fish count now, I'd suggest a hyposalinity treatment for a few days to make sure the ich doesn't become a problem again. You'll have to remove your anemones and starfish though.

The starfish and any crustaceans aren't going to work out in your tank, but the snowflake will eat any crustaceans anyhow, so no big loss.

Did you see he has an anemone in there? I would think a puffer would wipe that out ASAP!

.......have had enumerable set-ups with bulb tips and puffers with no problems... As long as they're well fed, they could care less about anenomes ...IMO

Wow really? My dog faced started eating yellow polyps and rhodactis mushrooms within 10 seconds of putting him in the tank! I figured an anemone would be a goner, but maybe not.
