Go to mcmastercarr.com and search for sound absorbers. There's a few you can cut and line in your cabinet to quiet it down a little bit. But most important is to stop the vibrations from the pumps. It's a good idea to put cork, foam, rubber, mouse pads, etc. below the sump and pumps to keep it quiet.
