Ok i did a fair over haul a few days ago..25% W/C along with removing a good portion of the rock and plucking the HA off the rock...I got a good chunk of it outta there but since there are still pieces growing in places i cant remove (my feather dusters tube for example), its just gonna keep growing back..So what can i get in terms of living creatures that will eradicate this persistent problem.. more along the lines of inverts as i have 20g tank and no room for any large fish

TIA

wow its clear topside..

I think an army of snails is you best bet in a tank that size. I have some cerith snails that are mowing through my hair algae. The astreas are helping too though.

Turbos do a great job of eating HA. I had a Sally lightfoot once that mowed down all the HA in one of my tanks, but it got really aggresive as it got bigger - chasing my YWG and trying to catch it. They are great for algae control but just too darn aggresive.

Sea hares will also help.

The trick is to keep the HA short so the herbivores can actually much it.

I think the Sea Hare might work but species and genus will help Righty
