Take out the rock. :D

You could try a trap, but that could take a while and in my experience not all fish will go into a trap (though Damsels are usually pretty bold). Taking out the rock and catching the fish won't take as long as you'd think, and its a good chance to blow out any accumulated detritus in your rock work.

Thats probably not what you wanted to hear, maybe someone more creative will respond.

Somebody trained there fish to eat in a net. Then would just pull them out at feeding time.

I trained mine to eat at the same spot in the corner of my tank. I fed them religiously with flake food at the same time everyday for about a week. Scooped em up like shooting fish in a barrel. :)

1 - Drain all the water into large containers, pick up the fish, pump the water back in.

2 - A baited size 22 hook with the barb flattened on a short rod.

I've had really good luck with a clear trapdoor style fishtrap with live brine shrimp. I've used it a bunch of times in my 180 after making a few bad choices 8)
