does anyone know what the parent company of All-Glass, Oceanic, Kent Marine, and Energy Savers Unlimited is called?

does central garden run the business of all these companies or do they operate independently? it is weird to me to see all glass compete with oceanic if it is the same parent company.

Think of it like Oceanic is the escelade and AGA is the Avalanche. Same damn thing with different price tags. They are just trying to cover all the bases.
