Is every three days not enough to feed fish?
I have finally had a drop, in GHA but am afraid I'm not feeding enough.

The fish I have:

3 Chromis
1 Anthias
1 Wrasse
1 Black Cap
1 Clown
1 Yellow Tang
1 Cleaner Shrimp

All in a 75 gal. tank

I feed them all frozen: Formula one and two, Blood Worms, Shrimp, Brine Shrimp, Squid, and Mysis

Definitely not enough as the tang needs to graze on algae almost constantly and most anthias should be fed at least 3 times a day as their metabolism is such that they have to feed on zooplankton continuously.
Eight fish in a 75 gal tank is also pushing the limits.

I'd feed at least once a day but more likely twice alternating what type of food morning to night. Also defrost the food in some tank water in a small container, then strain it through a net with more tank water to flush off the excess nutrients before you dump it into the tank.
