Congratulations on growing your business! I spent a summer working at a gas dock/bait shop for charter captains.

My parents lived on Lake Eerie, and I was known for getting sick everytime I went out on the water. My dad would have to radio for one of the Captains who was heading back to shore to take me in I got so good at jumping from one boat to another, that they didn't even have to come to a full stop!!!

When there was a tournament, everyone wanted me to be the observer on their boat because they knew I would barf. Chumming is against the rules, but barfing is totally legal.

Anyway, you are super lucky to have such a fun career. Good luck making it even bigger and more fun!
