Where to get Dual VHO endcaps?

Ugh, I hate those dual Icecap endcaps. If you don't mind, what's your application for them that makes you want duals?

I am hanging two bulbs next to each other and thought it would be more efficient and easier to use a dual endcap.

Why do you hate them?

Perhaps it's just me but I have trouble changing bulbs because my hand doesn't fit between the endcaps to unscrew and I like the 3 piece ones better than the IceCap 2 piece.
