So Ive had a 2x96w fixture given to me, but I SERIOUSLY need new bulbs. Where can I find the best deal on 10k and Actinic03? www.hellolights.com has them for around $29/ bulb. Can anyone beat that?

when I was buying mine, I spent about 2 weeks looking around and with shipping and all of it toghther, hellolights had them all beat.

Yep, for actinic (and most lighting), hellolights is hard to beat. Some places match their prices well, but hellolights is a safe bet for lighting goods. I guess that's one advantage of specializing in one component category.

If you can go with 8800K Marine Depot has them clearanced for something like $18

I have always ordered my PC replacement lights from hellolights. and they are always the lowest. they have good customer service and their packaging is great. I have never had a break.
