Hey guys i know this has prolly been discussed but would microbubbles be harmful to reef organisms such as LPS corals and clams? I dont have either in my tank but was just wondering because my skimmer is putting a lot of microbubbles back into the tank. its a seaclone 100 and the amazing thing is that skimms pretty good its just putting a lot of microbubbles into the tank and i did not want to start adding corals if its harmful to them.

I think they are more of a visual annoyance than a real problem. One situation that could be a potential problem is if they are accumulating under a rock that has a sponge on it. If an air pocket formed on/around the sponge it might die off and foul your water a bit...

Water that is clouded with micro bubbles can stick inside fish gills, get into blood, and stick to the eyes all of which are bad for a fish.

If there are that many to begin with. If it gets to that point you need to do something about it. Don't turn your main display into a protein skimmer.
