Plug for Hellolights

Ordered my lights from Hellolights, a sponsor of this site.

Everything was perfect with the packaging, order was processed the day I placed it and arrived on time.

One item in the package, a moon glow light, did not work. I expected foot dragging and/or a runaround. This was not the case at all.

I received a reply to my email within minutes with instructions to call with a ticket number. Upon placing the call I was greeted with courtesy and respect. The first words out of the customer service rep were "A repacement will be shipped today."
When I asked if I could substitute another item "Of course". No hassles just plain good service.

My Item is already on its way. Just wanted to let people know How pleased I am to find a company that does indeed put service first.

Totally agree with ya!

I am a very happy customer of hello lights and have been for years.

Since we are giving props where due, I just want to add that the service I have received from Premium Aquatics is also first rate and I am a permenant customer of theirs too. Both these companies are exceptional.

I am so willing to pay more for an item for great service. With hellolights you don't have to Great service and great prices. Can't beat that!
