Are Royal Gramma's Jumpers?

I had a RG in my open top 10G. He was doing good, eating and hiding a lot. Yesterday he went missing. he must have jumped i guess, and I cant find him on the floor (because i have a cat) I didnt think they were jumpers...

They aren't prolific jumpers, but all fish can jump. I've had large angels and tangs jump to the floor before 8O

I had a pretty energetic R.G. in my 29g, which had an open top... She never jumped out, though she would on occasion attack my hand when I stuck it into the tank. :lol:

BTW, my R.G. always wore too much mascara... Anybody else notice this about their R.G.? Who are they trying to impress, anyways?

I had a brackish water puffer who used to "sleep" inside of my air actuated gartor head! WHILE IT WAS ON!!! FUNNY AS HELL!!!
The jaws would open and there he was!
