I got a frag of a devil's hand coral and cannot get it to attach. i used superglue gel and silicon, and it slowly got loose.

Should I try Epoxy?

Any other tips welcome.

Thanks,

Felipe

Did you rubberband it in place?

I just rubber banded my finger leather to a piece of rock, it attached over a couple weeks.

That reminds me, I need to cut off the rubber bands

I have best results by using fishing line and loosly wrapping it around the frag. The coral will grow around it, and once it has attached cut the line and pull it off. Regular thread works well too.

I did, and it seemed like the rubber band was "cutting" through the frag, so I took it off. It may have been a little tootight. how tight is yours?

Thanks,

Not very tight, just enough to keep it from falling off.

I like the fishing line idea better though...
