So guys, I have my tank build in the wall so to make a background I cannot because there is no space between the back of the aquarium and the wall.

My idea was to stick one of those water resistant plastic sticker that usually we see them on boats, banners etc..

What is your opinion ? Do you think it will be fine ?

Thank alot guys

The big word you used there that is of quesion is, "stick". How are you going to stick it? Adhesives will surely not be a good mix with your tank inhabitants.

Also, water "resistant" doesn't mean water "proof". I'm not sure if you would want to trust the chemicals used to make it resistant, plus risk the possibility that on a molecular level, the dyes and inks from making the print are seeping into your water.

Plus, I'm assuming you're going salt water with live rock? You're going to have corralline algae growing on the walls, including your decorative background. After awhile, you won't be able to see it anyways. That's unless you are are vigilant in scraping it off, but you can't if its on the inside because you'll damage the 'resistant' coating.

Catch 22.

I don't think you need to 'stick' it at all. Here is how a lot of public aquarium display tanks are set up:

You can see the plastic clamped on. I would want it to be easily removable so you can clean it off easily.

There are very few SPS colonies, and nothing large enough to frag. Seeing as how they need to fill up a 250k g tank with corals I doubt they're going to be giving any away. ;)
