Breaking in a Tunze 9010 Skimmer

Anyone know how long this skimmer takes to break in? I just set mine up, replacing my Coralife 125 SS. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.:theyareon

I don't think they ever really so. The pics in the "Skimmer Thread" weren't exactly stellar and I've never hood much good about it, sorry

I think the users of the tunze skimmer line on here have all switched to other skimmers.

Mine worked fine. It took about ten days to break in. The only reason I switched to a different skimmer was that the collection cup on the 9010 is so small, I had to empty it almost every day. I went with a skimmer with a MUCH bigger cup.

My Coralife 125 working INCREDIBLY!!!!!! Every 3 day dark green snotty skim. I replaced it because I had no room in the sump. On RC the Tunze's seem to be pretty popular. I hope it works good for me.
