Sorry to hear that you lost one no one likes a loss. Yeah I have never ordered fish from liveaquaria.com aka foster and smith but have ordered most everything else (coral, snails, starfish, clams, liverock)over time the few and I really do mean the few times (2) I have had a loss they have replaced, or credited no hassles.
