lighting suggestions?

i have two 14k 250w de mh and two 54w t-5 actinics over my 120 aga. how long should i have each of them on? (assuming the t-5s come on before and go off after the mh's)

i just cycled my tank and am expecting the algae bloom (anyone ever not have that after a cycle?). all i have is 100 lbs of lr, and a clown. thanks in advance

The algae bloom is inevitable. Better sooner than later.

Personally, I would keep the MH on no longer than 6 hours, and perhaps leave the actinics on for 3 more hours before and after the MH.
