Nitrate test kit Octa-Slide readings

In the LaMotte Nitrate test kit the Octa-Slide has readings of 0.25 to 10.0ppm. I read somewhere that this test kit is a low end scale reading.

What I'm trying to see if lets say I'm getting a reading of "8.0" on the Octa-Slide. Is this a low reading for Nitrate and should I do something about it or is this reading so low on the scale that I should not worry for my Reef Tank.
