Is this normal? I just got a gorgeous frag of zoos and put it in the tank, within 2 days theyre gone, but the rock they were attached too is still there.

$30 down the drain. :evil:

Do/does your emerald(s) look like this??

I've got a pair in my tank (one was a hitchhiker) and a handful of nice zoas I intend to grow out.. - So far, they've only gone after algaes..

Yeah, these guys can rip up things. I lost 4 baby T. maxima to one of them, and they are know to chew on corals.

yes they do. Mine only went after algaes also, but now they've moved on. I'm gonna try and return them for credit to my LFS or something before they kill anything else. I hoep they come out without a fight. :twisted:

They usually will get aggressive and banish the claws when some object is getting to close to them. They pinch pretty hard, trust me. So becareful.

Hint: I use chopsticks... ;)
