I have in the past. They were good a few years ago, but I'm not sure about now. In more recent memory, I've had problems getting in contact with them via email.
I've never dealt with them online, but I go to their store in Gardena every once in a while. They are nice guys, and Jeff is pretty friendly and always willing to help. I think if you deal with them over the phone you should be okay. But again, I have never done anything other than at their store, so take it for what it's worth.
FWIW, my experience is similar to Meloco14. Nice people, and they do seem to miss emails, so give them call by phone if you have any question or issue.
I don't see any problem with them. YMMV, as always.
