Marine Depot is seeking Customer Service Representatives to act as frontline contacts with our customers. Primary duties include problem solving and providing information to our customers. Our Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for providing information on the specifications and proper use of products offered for sale in our catalogs and websites. He or she will also respond to customer e-mail and phone inquiries regarding shipping, order tracking, returns, orderstatus, return policies, site navigation, etc.
