More flatworms

Recently I posted regarding some brown/white spotted flatworms on a toadstool I recently purchased. The answer or cure I got was to give the poor host a FW dip for 8 seconds. It killed all but one. The toad stool doesnt seem quite the same since. Now I have some little red/brown ones on my oldest colonie of zoas. They dont appear to be doing any harm as I've seen . Im moving the whole tank 900 miles on monday. Should I do the dip now or wait until the colonie recovers from the road trip? I am almost temped to risk using worm exit as I now have two colonies infected that I'm aware of. There could be more. Any suggestions or advice will greatly appreciated.

From the accounts I've heard, Exit is a fine product. It's just that if you have A LOT of flatworms, their die-off causes problems. Since you only have a few little guys, I think right now is as good a time to give Exit a try as any.

The fish Halichoeres melanurus and H. leucurus eat flatworms. As do some dragonettes and other wrasses. I would much rather use a biological answer than a chemical one.

On the other hand, if the flatworms are not a nuisance and their population is not exploding ... why worry?
