Mine lasted for over a year, not all that long. I wasn't feeding phyto at the time, so success may be better with feedings. Most that I've seen while importing, seem to be very bruised from shipping/collection and most likely will die. Make sure that you don't see any black spots or discoloration on it prior to buying it.
