I think mine hit $400 this month.

I don't expect it to be under $400 until September.

Sucks.

Check you AC unit. Unless you have a really large tank it does not contribute as much as we think.

whereabouts do you live- here in MD, the Electricity Companies, by law are no longer subject to regulation- Baltimore's Electric Co, BG&E is getting a 70% rise in bills and Pepco,(my Elect. supplier) is rising 38%...I'm not looking forward to this month's bill.

I've officially turned into my grandpa. I now yell at my wife for leaving lights on and walk around the house turning them off and leaving only lights on where I am at the moment. :?

I used to make fun of him for it.

Funny how actually paying bills changes your outlook on things like electricity and gasoline. :(

Its changed your outlook on gasoline?!?!?!

Yes...like when I was 16 and I just swiped a credit card that was billed to my grandfather and I didn't notice how much I spent on gas in a month.

Now I care because I pay the bill.

Although I still have that credit card and I'm tempted to use it now and then.
