Asside from whatever you use to keep KH and calcium at the right level, what else do you add to your tank?

You don't put anything in that great nano you have full of all those corals?

How often do you change water?

Food, top up water, water changes.
In over 12 years now, I've not had to add anything else.
Why do you think you need to add something?
Actually, the water changes I do, are to LOWER the trace element build up as well as excessive nutrient removal from feeding my tanks.
Every time I feed my tanks I'm adding trace elements and phosphorus and water changes are the easiest control method for lowering these things.
IMO, "additives" are great if you are the one making the money selling them.

I change 1/2 of the water about once a month. I topoff with limewater and add fish food. Nothing else.

I don't do water changes very often. Once every other month, if that...and then only about 5 gallons to a 75. I think my corals might be running out of something. I used to dose iodine and strontium, but then I stopped because I got lazy. I started again, and I see a marked improvement in many of my corals. I'm sure I could get the same effect from more water changes, but that would be the only reason to do the water changes, since I don't have a nutrient problem and I get excellent denitrification in my tank...so if I can figure out what to add to keep everything happy without doing water changes, I'd prefer to add it than to do water changes on a tank with a zero nitrate reading.

I also used to use B-ionic...I think I read that B-ionic has trace elements and ions. I saw a decline in the look of my corals when I switched to straight calcium and carbonate dosing (in powder form)...I think maybe the B-ionic was adding something to my tank that kept it happy with almost no water changes.
