It seems like the more you go into this hobby the more you read about it. Whether it is a forum like this, articles in magazines, or reading various books, you're constantly taking in information and looking into other people's experiences.

Would you guys share great reef books you've read or you just know of? I'm currently on the search for coral books for beginners (just ordered "Reef Invertebrates: An Essential Guide to Selection, Care and Compatibility" by Bob Fenner and Anthony Calfo from Amazon) but recommedation of any marine aquarium books would be awesome.

I'll start... :D

"The Conscientious Marine Aquarist" by Bob Fenner - Terrific book that I would recommend to anyone who's looking to start a salt tank, has had them for years, or just wants a good read period! This is the book that has given me the most confidence and knowledge out of every other book I've read in the subject.

Natural Reef Aquariums by John Tullock give a lot of good info on a "more biology, less technology" approach to reefkeeping. It also has some sample aquariums which are fun to look at, as well as a step by step guide to setting up a basic 20 gallon tank.
Giant Clams by Daniel Knop is a good source of info on clams. It is on clams in general, not just information related to keeping them in captivity.
Coral magazine is a great magazine focused on reef aquariums. If you haven't seen an issue of this you should definitely check one out. It is an English reproduction of a successful German magazine, and has articles by many leading members of the industry. Each issue focuses on a specific topic, and I think you can get back issues from the US distributor for the topics you are interested in.

The Modern Coral Reef Aquarium Vol 1-4 , Fossa and Nilsen. First two books are essential - second two are optional. A bit more in depth than some hobbyist books and doesn't cover some of the latest 'developments' but I can highly reccomend them.
