Looks like some form of sea fan/gorgornian. Very cool indeed!

Looks like a non-photosynthetic gorgonia, which if it is will require feeding to survive. Looks nice though!

Micro-Vert, "Invertabrate Food for Fine Filter Feeders"

Kent makes it. Essentially, very fine liquid fish food - that apparantly contains enougth EDTA that is doesn't require refidgeration.
