best actnic lighting?

Id like to run something other than the dual T5 actinic fixture on my tank. I want something brighter and bluer. However, I want something that's plug-n-play, preferably...in a 36" long black fixture.

Any suggestions? I was thinking a dual NO strip fixture with two URI SuperActinics.
