i have a 130 cm 60 cm tall tank.
would one giessman pendant nova II 250 watt with an addition of 4 t5 be enogh to keep sps.I know that 2 pendants will give me better coverage, but can only afford 1 at the moment.is this enough to start kepping them at least in the center, about 80-90 cm length

even at the sides of the tank?
Just place your things accordingly. Corals that require bright lighting go in the middle under your geissman, others less light demanding go on the sides that are covered by your T5s.

If I am reading the correctly your tank is 130 cm long, which is 51 inches. That will require 2 lights for complete coverage. The depth of 60cm (again if I read you correctly) is 23.6 inches which is a good depth for a 250 watt MH. If you are looking to get the tank set up and kicked off just light one side until you can get the other light. Most pendants can cover 24 to 30 inch square (61 to 76 cm square) for reference.
