had an icecap 250w go bad.....

I am gonna call their customer service... anyone had a good or bad experience with 'em. i have never had a ballast go bad. I have been using their ballasts for 8yrs.

the one in question is almost a year old...

My 660 craped out after about 5 years. I sent it back to them and they repaired it and returned it right away. I don't recall how much it cost to fix it, but it did cost something since the warranty was expired.
