In the name of saving a few hundred dollars I bought my PFO mini pendants from a "not to be named yet" company with only E-mail customer service. I bought two pheonix 14k bulbs to go with them. The bulbs only fit in one fixture due to the ends. My bulbs have ceramic ends shaped like a "T". One of the fixtures has spring loaded ends for a different type of bulb. Are these (the spring load) an older style of DE bulb or is this something I will need to specify in the future when ordering bulbs?

From your description is sounds like you got a halogen fixture. Any pics?

What is the wattage on your bulb? If it is a 250w DE I don't know to much about them yet, but my 150w DE fixture has spring loaded bulb mounts. Maybe they sent you a 150w instead of a 250w?

Sounds like you got a 150 or 70-watt pendant. 150 and 70-watt use the spring loaded ends and 250-watt use the T-shaped end.

Thanks all. Sounds like I was sent a 150 then. PFO uses the same housing for the 150 and 250... Now if only the stupid internet company would return my E-mail.

both my 250s are t shaped so I think you broke the code with the 150 being the culprit.

Why not name them? - Sounds like you're sticking to just the facts... - Nothing wrong with that.

If they make good, great, let us know. If not, that sucks, sorry for your luck but it'd be great if we knew who was operating like that don'tcha think??... ;)
