Newtek Timer/Power Strip

I am trying to set up a Newtek 8 outlet power strip with timer and am going nuts. The instructions were obviously written by a non-English speaking person, and make no grammatical sense. I cannot for the life of me figure this out (and I am reasonably intelligent!). Any help would be appreciated! This is the strip that has 4 outlets on timer (2 daytime and 2 nightime) and 4 outlets not on timer. HELLPPP!!!

If it is any thing at all like the coralife timer. With wave maker option.
You have to flip EVERY tab either up or down between your start and finish time depending on whether you want the lights on or off. For wave maker action on the day/night, every other one up and down alternating. trhough the whole day.

Thanks. But I don't think it works like that/that is the problem. I am just trying to program the times....there are 2 "night" outlets and 2 "day" outlets which I though I could program independently but it seems they may be dependent upon one another. The instructions, written in tawainese english are very confusing. I have the clock/day set correctly, I ahve the timers set to run all 7 days of the week - but I sure can't get some of timed outlets (4 of the 8 on the strip are on timer) to run like I think I have them programmed! The instructions for this product are TERRIBLE!

Yep. Most likely the four in question are dependant on each other. When two are off the other two are on. Sounds like your talkin about digital timers. I understand your pain. Good luck :?

Did you ever get the timer figured out? I just got one and am having the same problem. Unfortunately the person who programmed it didn't leave me the instructions (long story) so I can't even attempt to interpret the broken english.
