Lighting for Fuge?

Right now I've got my refugium lit with a utility clamp light. the bulb is a walmart PC bulb that emmits 2000 lumens and said 100w. Is this enough to light my fuge? Or should i get something more? I'd like the fuge to double as a frag tank as well

Those numbers sound odd to me - PC lamps are normally more efficient than that (ie. more light for that kind of wattage).

IMO what you have should be OK for growing some algaes. For a frag vat, personally, I would want something more substantial.

I think what the number you are reading means is it's comparable to 100W of incandescent. It may or may not be enough, depending on the size of your fuge.

If your goal is to use your fuge as a frag tank too, I'd opt for stronger lights more on par with what you use in your display tank (ratio-wise).
