leather coral(milk)

i picked up a leather coral last weekend at a lfs, my first. where about in the tank do they like to be placed? as of now he/she/it? is mounted on a very small hunk of rock and i have it in the sand bed on the bottom. it has not opened yet so i think he might not like where he is.

Mine took almost a week to open up and it is now in the middle of tank but it looks even better with more flow. JME.
