i made a closed loop wavemaker using a scwd and a mag 9.5. i seem to be getting lots of micro bubbles from this, any suggestions on how to elimanate this. wow the forums are slow tonight. may be this will kick it off.

if you're getting microbubbles check first the pump to see if there are any bubbles there from anything (water spilling over a baffle is a usual suspect), if nothing there then air is getting in via your plumbing, do you have an anti-siphon hole above the waterline or something?
no i have no anti siphon hole. pump is mounted external. i will have to check on air getting in where i prime pump at may be i don't have enough teflon tape on the cap. the loop i made looks like the one on melevsreef.com.
